The software is still in development and most certainly contains almost no bugs. If you find a bug, please report it to Christian or the bug tracker.
Please read the release notes for a list of changes in each version. The documentation wiki contains information on how to prepare data files, including two examples.
The source code is available on GitHub: SPaTo_Visual_Explorer (application), TransparentGUI (GUI library), JNMatLib (Java/Matlab interface library). Both the application and the libraries are released under the GNU General Public License.
